Eligibilty
To be eligible for the Aid and Attendance Improved Pension benefit veteran's must meet the following criteria.
5/9/1916 to 11/11/1918
12/7/1941 to 12/31/1946
6/27/1950 to 1/31/1955
8/5/1964 to 5/7/1975
8/20/1990 to present
- You or your spouse must have served at least ninety days
- One day must have been duing an active war - War dates
5/9/1916 to 11/11/1918

- Received an honorable discharge
- The spouse must have not divorced the veteran
- If the veteran is deceased and the widow remarries there are situations where they would still qualify
